Synopsis:

An unexpected power loss halts research at the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, leaving the freshly hired crew of grad students scrambling. After investigating, the scientists find out that all communications have been cut and major technical systems are failing- and to top it all of, the harshest blizzard of the year is settling in. Now trapped half a mile inside a mountain under hundreds of feet of permafrost, the students soon discover that they are not alone. A genetic horror has infiltrated their ranks, wearing the faces of each student as it takes them down one by one. In this modern-day interpretation of The Thing, a group of dysfunctional junior scientists are the only hope for preventing the destruction of the world’s best shot at surviving an environmental disaster.
