A theoretical set of designs for The Seven Deadly Sins, an opera by George Balanchine, Kurt Weill, and Lynne Taylor-Corbett. These designs imagine the tale set in an urban fantasy/steampunk style of Industrial Era America. In this opera, two actors play two sides of the lead, Anna, so her costumes are similar in design, but feature different colorways to indicate her branching from morality.
